AP Testing.

Holy hell do I feel drained. I think I took a slightly different approach than most on my essays. For the compared poems I called the first one critical and related the Greek title and the language to Robert Bridges' belief that Eros as a view of love was outdated and archaic (or however that is spelled) because Eros was nothing more than a cruel temptor who knows nothing of love. his "un-[somethinged] lips." And I called the second poem praising of a God so dedicated to the cause of love that he accepts the blows that love throws rather than stepping out of the ring and letting love get lost or fade away. The second essay became Colin trying to remember most of Harbinger's comments because they all held true and writing a basic, straight to the point, no fluff essay. The third one I fell back to my classical form of writing about Creon (and everyone says that nothing good came out of Marcy's class, pah).

Btw: Today's "Pearl before Swine", the comic in the AJC, is fantastic.
